1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the mt777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an Account.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which accessing and using online gambling platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
4. You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including any jurisdiction where online gambling is entirely prohibited.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of any third party.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mt777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
7. You have not previously had an Account terminated by mt777 for cause, including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, or bonus abuse.

mt777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each natural person may hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the mt777 platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When completing the registration form, you agree to provide information that is:

• Accurate, complete, and not misleading at the time of registration;
• Updated promptly whenever a material change occurs (such as a change of email address or contact number); and
• Consistent with the identity documents you will provide during any subsequent KYC process.

mt777 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, mt777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold any pending withdrawal requests, and retain any balance in excess of net verified deposits made.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. mt777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are valid — whether or not authorised by you personally — will be attributed to you and subject to these Terms & Conditions unless you have notified mt777 support of a suspected security breach without undue delay.

mt777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other unlawful activity, without prior notice and without any obligation to disclose the reason for such action.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

mt777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. mt777 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unverified or mismatched source may be held pending KYC review and returned to the originating account if verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your mt777 Account. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Before processing any withdrawal, mt777 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document (KTP or passport) and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal account. Processing timelines are as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Typically completed within 2 hours during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking window.

mt777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, mt777 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

The mt777 platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and balance figures are expressed in IDR. mt777 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts; players depositing via payment methods that process in other currencies will bear any applicable conversion costs charged by their payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mt777 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and sportsbook free bet credits. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. One bonus per player: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of one time, unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring or repeatable.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's individual terms before any portion of the Bonus Wallet balance may be transferred to the withdrawable Balance. The default wagering requirement, where not separately stated, is 30× the bonus amount.
3. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published on the mt777 promotions page.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering obligations expire 14 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
5. Minimum qualifying deposit: Where a bonus is deposit-linked, only deposits that meet the minimum threshold specified in the promotion's terms will qualify. Deposits made before opting into a promotion do not retroactively qualify.
6. Withdrawal cap: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal amount on winnings generated from bonus funds. Where a withdrawal cap applies, it is stated prominently in the promotion's individual terms.
7. Prohibited strategies: Placing low-risk or mathematically balanced wagers for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements without genuine risk — commonly referred to as bonus hunting or bonus abuse — is prohibited. mt777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where such patterns are detected.

mt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively working toward its wagering requirement, mt777 will honour the existing obligation at the time of withdrawal.

6 Gaming Rules

The rules governing individual games — including slots, live casino tables, virtual sports, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook betting — are determined by a combination of mt777's platform rules and the rules published by the relevant Game Provider. In the event of any conflict between mt777's platform rules and a Game Provider's rules for a specific game, mt777's platform rules shall prevail to the extent permitted by the applicable game licence.

The following general gaming conditions apply across all product verticals:

• All games offered on the mt777 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or regulated live dealing procedures, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of bet amounts, Player history, or any external intervention by mt777.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Balance. mt777 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures that are beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. mt777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• For sportsbook markets: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked. mt777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error or where the odds were manifestly incorrect.
• For live casino games: all decisions made by the live dealer are final once the dealing round is complete, subject to any technical dispute resolution process initiated within 24 hours of the disputed round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the mt777 platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or payment details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be deducted from the Player's Balance;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including communicating hand information in live poker or coordinating betting patterns to exploit promotions;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or drug trafficking, and using the mt777 platform to launder such funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mt777 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any mt777 software or Game Provider software;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith where the underlying transaction was legitimately processed by mt777.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

mt777 is committed to operating in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to re-verify at any time at mt777's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour scan or photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian passport, or SIM (driver's licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit payment account (bank account or e-wallet) is registered in your name. For bank transfers, a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your name and account number is typically sufficient. For e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, or GoPay, a screenshot of the registered account profile is required.

Failure to pass KYC verification — including submission of fraudulent or altered documents — will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held at the time of closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

mt777 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its Players. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are accessible directly from the Account settings panel without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session length alerts that notify you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all mt777 marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and may be made permanent at your request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mt777 platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of mt777 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mt777 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any mt777 content without prior written authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on any mt777 content or game assets;
• Using mt777 trademarks or brand elements in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent; or
• Scraping, data-mining, or otherwise extracting game odds, RTP data, or platform data for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of mt777 intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

The mt777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mt777 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

mt777 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform, even if mt777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game service, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the platform where such information was affected by a technical error;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

In all cases where mt777 is found liable, its aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

mt777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mt777 collects personal data — including identity documents, contact details, financial transaction records, and gameplay activity — for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying Player identity and age in compliance with KYC requirements;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals and maintaining transaction records;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct;
• Providing customer support and responding to disputes;
• Complying with applicable legal obligations and requests from competent authorities; and
• Sending promotional communications to Players who have opted in to receive them.

13 Amendments to These Terms

mt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mt777 will provide reasonable advance notice by one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the platform upon login, an email to the registered address on your Account, or a prominently placed notice on the mt777 homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the mt777 platform after any changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account, at which point any verified withdrawable Balance will be returned to you via your nominated payment method.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mt777 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of these terms is unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the mt777 platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting mt777 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. mt777 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: Where informal resolution is not achieved within 10 business days, either party may escalate the matter to a formal complaint, submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
3. Arbitration: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved after a further 15 business days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
4. Court Proceedings: Recourse to court proceedings is only available after the arbitration process has been exhausted, except where interim injunctive relief is sought to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.

Nothing in this clause prevents mt777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent, stop, or obtain remedies for fraud or other unlawful activity.
